The task of finding a property in any area, yet alone an unfamiliar one, is a huge and time-consuming undertaking. We aim to reduce the burden of house-hunting, saving you time, money, wasted journeys and disappointments.

With our local property knowledge, expertise and contacts, we are in a prime position to locate, evaluate and negotiate on suitable properties, often ahead of the market. We can help smooth the path of relocating for you and give you an honest appraisal of each property we feel may be suitable, as well as an overview of the area.

We make it our business to be fully appraised of the local property market, and keep a constantly refined and updated portfolio of top quality properties to hand - and not just those on our own books! We work closely with local estate agents and other contacts, and often have advance knowledge of properties coming on to the market. We can approach property owners directly and should time be of the essence we can usually view properties at short notice on your behalf - seeing them as if through your eyes.

We offer a tailor made service and our aim, once instructed, is to research your desired area and send you evaluated details and summaries of relevant properties. (Much of the value in our service revolves around those properties we reject as much as it does around those we recommend.) We then personally inspect the shortlisted homes and report back to you with our findings and further recommendations. We then arrange for you to view the most suitable properties and provide you with an orientation tour of the local area if required.

Having found the perfect property for you, we can then negotiate the price on your behalf. This third-party approach not only reduces stress but can be pivotal in securing the lowest possible purchase price. We then liaise with solicitors, architects, agents and surveyors and can also provide information on local schools, builders, maintenance work, domestic help, interior designers, transport links and any other local information that you may need.
